Residents Parking
You are allocated car space(s) for your unit which are strictly yours alone. Please report any issues to the Site Supervisor.
Residents should make sure that the registration number of their current car is recorded with the body corporate in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Please complete this form to confirm or change the registration details of any access cards that you have.
It is illegal to park cars on ramps and driveways , common property or in visitors car spaces. Please note SP47991 Special By-Law 9 applies to all owners and residents of Pacific Park.
When driving within the garage area, drive at walking pace and consider using your lights for extra safety. Use the large mirrors to check for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles.

Visitor Parking
Visitors are required to park in the marked visitor car spaces only and are not permitted to park elsewhere on common property including driveways.
No permission is required if your visitor is using the car park for less than 48 hours. Visitors are not permitted to use the carpark for more than 4 visits within a 7 day period, or any 3 consecutive days.
In special circumstances, permission for longer periods can be requested from the Managing Agents – Bright & Duggan via email
If permission is granted, you will be issued a permit by Bright & Duggan which needs to be displayed on your visitors dashboard.
Illegal Parking
In 2013, KSS Security was appointed to monitor the carparks and collect information about the cars parked on a daily basis.
Anyone found in breach of the Residents and Visitor carpark rules by parking illegal may have a bollard placed in front of the vehicle by KSS Security.
To have the bollard removed:
- Call KSS Security 9439 5416
- Someone will attend to site ASAP
- An administration fee of $100 will be charged. This fee is payable in cash to KSS Security. No Credit Cards/EFTPOS will be accepted.
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking spaces are for use when an RTA MPS card is displayed on the vehicle when it is being used to transport the person the card is issued to.
Car Washing
There is no provision at Pacific Park for car washing. Please Do NOT use the buildings fire hoses under any circumstances as this is not only illegal but reduces the efficiency of the building’s fire protection.
The nearest car wash is Oasis Carwash located at 448 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest.
Street Parking
You can apply for a Street Parking Permit from North Sydney Council. For more information please visit North Sydney Council’s website.

By-Law (2). Vehicles.
An owner or occupier of a lot must not park or stand any motor or other vehicle on common property except with the prior written approval of the owners corporation.
Special by-Law 9 – Parking.
i. Special By-law 4 Parking is repealed.
ii. An owner or occupier of a lot shall not park or stand a motor or other vehicle upon the Visitor Parking Areas at any time (except with the prior written consent of the Owners Corporation)
iii. An owner or occupier of a lot shall not park or stand a motor or other vehicle upon common property at any time (except with prior written consent of the Owners Corporation)
iv. An owner or occupier of a lot shall not permit invitees to park or stand a motor or other vehicle upon the Visitor Parking Area for a period exceeding 48 hours (except with the prior written consent of the Owners Corporation)
v. An owner or occupier of a lot shall not permit invitees to park or stand a motor or other vehicle upon the Visitor Parking Area for more than four occasions in any seven day period (except with the prior written consent of the Owners Corporation)
vi. An owner or occupier of a lot shall not permit an invitee to park or stand a motor or other vehicle upon common property at any time (except with prior written consent of the Owners Corporation)
vii. The Owners Corporation shall have the power and authority to suspend and/or restrict owner and occupier rights to utilise vehicular access to the common property driveways and Visitor Parking Areas: the power and authority may be utilised as a consequence of a breach of this Special by-law 9, or for any other reason where such suspension and/or restriction would assist effective common property management.
A. Definitions.
i. In this by-law, the following terms are defined to mean: “Visitor Parking Areas” means all the common property visitor parking spaces in Strata Scheme 47991.
ii. Where any terms in this by-law are defined in the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 they will have the same meaning as those words are attributed under that Act.
