Residents and Visitors Carparks

Residents Parking

You are allocated car space(s) for your unit which are strictly yours alone.  Please report any issues to the Site Supervisor.

Residents should make sure that the registration number of their current car is recorded with the body corporate in order to avoid any misunderstandings.  Please complete this form to confirm or change the registration details of any access cards that you have.

It is illegal to park cars on ramps and driveways , common property or in visitors car spaces. Please note SP47991 Special By-Law 9 applies to all owners and residents of Pacific Park.

When driving within the garage area, drive at walking pace and consider using your lights for extra safety. Use the large mirrors to check for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles.

To apply for extra Garage Door access cards, please fill out this form:  Extra Cards Form

Visitor Parking

Visitors are required to park in the marked visitor car spaces only and are not permitted to park elsewhere on common property including driveways.

No permission is required if your visitor is using the car park for less than 48 hours. Visitors are not permitted to use the carpark for more than 4 visits within a 7 day period, or any 3 consecutive days.

In special circumstances, permission for longer periods can be requested from the Managing Agents – Bright & Duggan via email

If permission is granted, you will be issued a permit by Bright & Duggan which needs to be displayed on your visitors dashboard.

Illegal Parking

In 2013, KSS Security was appointed to monitor the carparks and collect information about the cars parked on a daily basis.

Anyone found in breach of the Residents and Visitor carpark rules by parking illegal may have a bollard placed in front of the vehicle by KSS Security.

To have the bollard removed:

  1. Call KSS Security 9439 5416
  2. Someone will attend to site ASAP
  3. An administration fee of $100 will be charged. This fee is payable in cash to KSS Security. No Credit Cards/EFTPOS will be accepted.

Disabled Parking

Disabled parking spaces are for use when an RTA MPS card is displayed on the vehicle when it is being used to transport the person the card is issued to.

Car Washing

There is no provision at Pacific Park for car washing.  Please Do NOT use the buildings fire hoses under any circumstances as this is not only illegal but reduces the efficiency of the building’s fire protection.

The nearest car wash is Oasis Carwash located at 448 Pacific Highway,  Crows Nest.
